Last Updated: Feb 5, 2025 This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the services offered by Moonbase Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you breach it, we may suspend or terminate your access.

1. Prohibited Activities

You (and any third party you allow to use the Services) must not:
  1. Break the Law: Violate or facilitate violation of any applicable law, court order, or regulation (e.g., child exploitation, terrorism, hacking, fraud).
  2. Infringe IP or Rights: Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or other legal rights.
  3. Mislead or Defraud: Engage in phishing, impersonation, or distribution of malware.
  4. Spam: Generate, distribute, publish, send or facilitate unsolicited mass email or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations.
  5. Disrupt Services: Interfere with or degrade the Services, networks, or systems (e.g., DDoS attacks, unauthorized access).
  6. Reverse Engineer: Copy, translate, disassemble, decompile, make derivative works of, or reverse engineer the
    Services (or attempt any of the foregoing).
  7. Export Violations: Use the Services in embargoed countries or violate export control or sanctions laws.

2. Investigation and Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and remove or block content. We may also temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate access if we determine a violation has occurred. You agree to cooperate with any investigations and to remedy violations promptly.

3. Modifications

We may change this Policy at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
